Meet the group facilitators:

Rachael Kaplan,

Psychotherapist (LCSW)

Based in: New York City, USA and Stockholm, Sweden

Rachael is a psychotherapist with a background in art, architecture and psychology. She approaches her work with her clients as a process of interactive sculpting, exploring the material with which we embark on our lives. 

Rachael is an active member of the Mount Sinai department of psychiatry, Faculty Psychotherapy Conference, the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the International Group Psychotherapy Association. Rachael holds graduate degrees from Columbia University and Goldsmiths College, University of London and has studied psychology, art, architecture and design.

Wanda Orme,

Therapeutic Coach

Based in: London, England and Naples, Italy

Wanda is a Coach who helps people to find the means of their own transformation within their own experience. She believes in challenging the status quo, in the power of truth, bravery and open-heartedness, and that every struggle contains the potential for growth.

Wanda works  with clients collaboratively across both the analytical and intuitive spaces, helping them to deepen their awareness and understanding, enabling them to connect with greater clarity to their hearts and deeply felt truths. She helps individuals to express themselves more authentically, confidently and freely in order to create change in their lives.

Wanda holds MA degrees in Anthropology and Psychology, a graduate certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is an International Coaching Foundation trained Coach. She worked and conducted research in mental health with homeless care organisations, street outreach teams and clinics in the UK and USA for six years. During this time she studied the lived experience of vulnerability, presenting papers on vulnerability at academic conferences and publishing an interdisciplinary thesis on the subject.
